"A complaint Is a Gift is
itself a gift !." This is a jewel of a working
motto about the most important issue in the
development of any person or organization - how to
respond to feedback from valuable customers,
especially when it isn't flattering or positive
and in turn it gives us a reason to improve and do
better than our competitors. |

India has always been a
fete for wildlife enthusiasts from around the world with
its fascinating myriad of flora and fauna that has
remained both unique and mysterious for nature lovers.
The variegated wildlife species can be seen in over 80
national parks, 440 wildlife sanctuaries and 23 tiger
reserves set up by the Government of India in a bid to
preserve this vital resource. The variety of India's
flora and fauna can be found in the country's over 500
national parks and wildlife sanctuaries. These parks and
sanctuaries flaked all over the country have their own
unique attractions to offer. Touring options inside the
reserve areas abound. Jeep, elephants, camel are the
one's for safaris inside the park. Boat cruises take you
to joints where you can watch the wildlife basking near
the water bodies in summer or frolicking about. Or you
can simply saunter around in a group if you are a
brave-heart - that is. Get on a quest for the nearly
extinct Snow Leopard in the Himalayan national parks or
challenge the might of the majestic Indian Tiger at

Madhya Pradesh, Kanha National Park is spread over 940
sq km of dense Sal forest and Bamboo groves interspersed
with the huge meadows. Kanha National Park forms the
core area of the larger Kanha Tiger Reserve that is
spread over 1945 sq km and was created in 1974 under
Project Tiger. Kanha's topography and geology together
give Kanha the habitat richness and biodiversity. The
range of elevation is 450m to 900m. The bauxite-capped
hills sport extensive plateau regions, locally called as
dadar, which carry extensive grasslands with
only sparse tree growth.
Though the Tiger is the main attraction in Kanha, the
forest also harbours other mammals like hard-ground
Barasingha, Gaur, Indian Wild Dog (Dhole),
Leopard, Sloth Bear, Sambar, Spotted Deer, Hanuman
Langur, Jackal, Wild Boar, Striped Hyena, Jungle Cat,
Ratel and Indian Porcupine. Kanha is only habitat in
