Following is our proposal for a one day picnic for
your organization aimed at offering a day of
rejuvenating fun for company’s employees and their
families.
Following can be arranged for
to make the picnic a memorable one for all :
Theme of the Picnic :
Getaways freaks decide on a theme for picnic.
Examples of some themes are :
- Company’s corporate theme.
- Spirit of New Year
- A Rajasthani theme
Games : Keeping in
line with the mission of facilitating a healthier and
more active lifestyle for all, we can organize some
games which would not only generate a high level of
team spirit and interaction but would be simple and
interesting for all age groups to participate. There
would be separate activities for children so that they
enjoy as much as their parents.
Some ideas for the games are
:
- Tug of War (both for adults and children)
- A game of cricket (children too can participate in
this)
- Frisbee match
- Dumb charades
- Tambola
- A few dancing games around the bon-fire.
- Balloon & Polo Game
- Animal Game
- Run for the City or Country.
A final list of games can be prepared after
discussions with you.
Professional DJ :
The picnic would be made livelier with music being
played throughout the day by a professional DJ. All
the participants shake a leg on the makeshift dance
floor while the DJ blasts the venue with his music. A
karaoke system could be arranged for all the talented
and musically gifted to showcase their talent anytime
during the musical bash.
Professional MC :
The entire event could be stage managed by a MC who
could not only pump up the adrenalin levels of the
participants but would also pep up the level of
interaction and participation. The MC would also take
charge of ‘hosting’ all the games and activities in
the event.
Lunch and Evening snacks :
Lunch and snacks would be provided at the venue for
all the participants.
Lunch : Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian buffet lunch.
Snacks : Tea or Coffee with light snacks.
Pick-up and Drop Facilities :
Pick-up and drop in deluxe non A/c or A/C buses
for all the participants of the picnic from and to the
Company’s office or any other convenient location
could be provided.
